We listen to what you have to say first… and only after getting all the details, will we begin to construct your personal training program. You are different than everyone else and we will make sure that you achieve your goals through your very own specially designed program. The personal training experts are nationally certified, current or ex-athletes, college educated, and have years of experience. No amateurs here. Only pros that will get you top results. No sales pitches either. If you aren’t 100% about your decision to get in top shape with Wayne Fitness, then we will happily let you go about your day. Weight Loss and Toning
You want to drop your fat and/or tone your muscles quickly and safely. You’ve tried other fad diets or supplements, and maybe even hit the gym in an effort to make the change. Not happening for you? We will give you the answers to get you to your goal without any confusion or excuses. You will be provided the exact training and nutrition education you need to succeed for the rest of your life. We will get this done for you in our 30 min private or semi-private sessions.

One of our biggest specialties here at Wayne Fitness is Sports Training for the beginner, aspiring amateur, and professional athlete. We have the athletic and biomechanic background to take you to the next level and beyond. We used cutting edge technique and training to make sure you have what it takes to crush your competition. We train our athletes for strength, speed, and agility. We can also get you back in the game after devastating injuries that are keeping you from what you love most.
